Message I personally prefer a little less power and a little more peace of mind than most people. That's the same reason why I don't have the underdrive pulley. :-) Anyways, most tuners shoot for less than 12... I would imagine just to protect themselves from lawsuits and such from blown engines. Especially in the really really hot areas like Miami and Texas... you want to make sure you have a nice safety cushion. If I lived up north, then maybe I'd shoot for 12-12.5.

Anyways, 10-30 hp is just not worth it to me to have to pull and fix my engine again... hehe.
